We will also provide ideas and suggestions on how to achieve your goals for your property. What ever your situation, Just My Style can help you find the best option to meet your needs.
ONE TIME SERVICE
This plan is great for those who enjoy maintaining their yard on a regular basis. There are times when you are not feeling well, are on vacation, or just don't want the hassle of mowing the yard this week.
Service Description
~ Mowing
~ Edging sidewalks & curbs. Hard surfaces will be blown free of major debris.
~ Trash will be picked up in turf and natural areas prior to mowing.

PER SERVICE MOWING
Weekly or bi-weekly mowing services will be performed during the growing season. (While we offer bi-weekly services during the summer months we do not recommend it, because two weeks of growth helps the spread of weeds and can cause grass clippings to clump together after mowing). Bi-weekly service may have an additional charge per mow than the weekly service. The "per-service" is great for those who don’t want to commit to a year’s contract, or are selling your house or just want seasonal lawn care.

ANNUAL SERVICE -ALL INCLUSIVE
This plan is based on a 12-month service. This service plan requires a written agreement. You can stop or change service at any time provided you submit a 30 day written notice. This is the best option for those clients who like to know exactly what their monthly bill will be.

~ Mowing weekly during growing season, as needed remaining weeks *
~ Edging sidewalks & curbs. Hard surfaces will be blown free of major debris.*
~ Trash will be picked up in turf and natural areas prior to mowing.
~ Weeding natural area & shrub beds
~ Leaf removal**
*During the remaining weeks of the year the yard will be checked on, and services such as blowing the driveway and sidewalks will be performed as needed.
**Leaf removal will be performed as needed (no more than once a week) during the fall of the year.
